Are there any upfront costs for your services?

There is no upfront cost for our services. You won’t have to pay anything until you receive your first invoice—which is due more than 10 days after the billing period ends. The only exception is our Predictive Analytics service, which requires a one-time initial set-up fee of $100. This fee covers the acquisition of the necessary software licenses to get you started with our advanced analytics tools.

How does your billing process work?

Our billing is designed to be straightforward and convenient. Here are the key details:

  • Billing Periods & Due Dates:
    • 1st–15th of the Month: Invoices for transactions during this period are due on the 25th of the same month.
    • 16th–31st of the Month: Invoices for transactions during this period are due on the 10th of the following month.
  • Invoice Delivery:
    You will receive your invoice by email each billing cycle.
  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    We offer a variety of payment options to suit your needs. We accept:
    • Zelle, ACH
    • Debit Cards, Credit Cards
    • Apple Pay, Google Pay
    • Venmo, Cash
    • PayPal
      All transactions are secured and processed through Stripe to ensure your data and payments are safe.
  • Late Payment Policy:
    • A 10% late fee is applied if payment is not received within 10 days past the due date.
    • If payment remains outstanding for 30 days, the invoice will be sent to collections, and an additional $100 collection fee will be applied.
  • Our Operations:
    We work remotely from Downtown Los Angeles but can travel to LA County and Orange County if necessary.
    Additionally, we make it a priority to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
