Contractors are busy. To protect your referrals, we use a persistent cookie with a 30-day lifespan. This means that if an HVAC owner clicks your unique link, our system remembers them for a full 30 days.
Even if they close their browser, navigate away, and return directly to our website weeks later to register, our database will automatically read the tracking cookie and credit the commission to your affiliate account.
Payout Processing
Once a commission clears, our accounting team processes the transfer. You will receive your funds via your preferred payment method within 2 to 3 business days.
The Payout Timeline
Day 1
Your referral registers and pays their initial subscription fee. Your dashboard will immediately show the commission as “Pending.”
Day 1 to 20
The commission remains in a 20-day holding period. If the referred client requests a refund or initiates a bank chargeback during this time, the pending commission is voided.
Day 21
The commission officially clears and is marked as “Ready for Payout.”

Access the Partner Portal
Log in to your Key Forecasts Executive Dashboard. Navigate to the top menu and select the Partner Portal option. If this is your first time visiting the portal, the system will automatically generate your unique affiliate profile and tracking ID.
Set Your Payment Preferences
Before you can receive funds, you must tell us how to pay you. We currently support direct transfers via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Simply enter your associated email address or phone number and click save.
Copy and Share Your Link
In the center of your portal, you will see your unique tracking URL. Click the “Copy” button. You can place this link in your YouTube descriptions, share it in private Facebook groups for HVAC owners, or send it directly to colleagues via text message or email.
Track Your Performance
Your Partner Portal features a real-time ledger. You can log in at any time to see exactly how many contractors have clicked your link, the names of the companies that have signed up, and a countdown showing exactly when your pending commissions will clear for payout.

Is the $100 commission a recurring monthly payment?
No. The $100 commission is a one-time payout applied to the referred client’s initial subscription payment. You are rewarded heavily upfront for making the introduction.
What happens if the client doesn’t pay their initial fee?
Key Forecasts requires payment upfront to unlock the dashboard. If a user registers but fails to complete the Stripe checkout process, they remain restricted, and no commission is generated. A commission is only created upon a successful, cleared transaction.
How do I know if someone actually used my link?
Your Partner Portal updates instantly. The moment a contractor creates an account using your 30-day cookie, their company name and signup date will appear in your Referred Clients Ledger, giving you 100% visibility into your performance.
Are there any limits on how much I can earn?
